Key things to remember: Teams should be proactive in setting and defining their goals, with example tasks as guidelines. Teams are primarily to make sure things happen, but we continue the practice of collectively doing things together. Meta team is meant to make sure things don't fall through the cracks. We can use global lab meetings as accountability checks.

We think it makes sense to simply retain roles for the year, with rotation of "leaders" who take on a bigger role across academic quarters. Each team should designate a leader per term. Β
