Then just click on the link in the ''Tools'' sidebar that says ''User rights management''. I just made User:Russellfunk and User:Mav administrators on the wiki. Among other things, this means they won't have to solve CAPTCHAs again. You you are a bureaucrat so you can just go ahead and make anybody an admin. To do that, just go to their userpage by clicking a link next to their name in the history of a page or in Special:RecentChanges. Then just click on the link in the Tools sidebar that says User rights management. You can also go to a page like Special:Userrights/Mav which works just as well. —mako๛ 18:09, 3 July 2016 (EDT)
