A furious customer unleashed a rant against his local McDonald's for missing out a vital ingredient in his cheeseburger.<br>Ricky Narang, 32, asked for a cheeseburger with extra cheese but no onions, pickle or mustard, during his visit to McDonald's Southall, The Broadway on Monday.<br>But the data control room operator instead received a cheeseburger with extra cheese but no meat.  <br>                    Ricky Narang (right) was left furious after discovering his cheeseburger had extra cheese but no burger, following a trip to his local McDonald's in Southall, London, on Monday<br>Mr Narang highlighted the McDonald's order fail on Facebook, posting a video of himself unwrapping the cheeseburger on the local page 'Southall Name Shame to Fame'.<br>The shocking footage shows the customer explaining his order, saying: 'When you ask McDonalds for a cheeseburger with no onions, no pickle and no mustard.'<br>  RELATED ARTICLES              <br><br><br><br>Share this article<br>Share<br><br><br>While taking the burger out of its packaging, the 32-year-old man rages: 'Instead, they gave us a f****** burger with no onions, no pickle and no mustard. <br>'But extra cheese and no burger in it.' <br>The scanty meal is then shown, with Mr Narang exclaiming: 'What the hell is that s***!'<br>        Mr Narang received packaging that detailed the order as 'only ketchup' and 'extra cheese'. The customer said his trip was a 'waste of time, money and effort', after his order was replaced<br>        The customer raged at McDonald's as he unwrapped the cheeseburger in a video posted to a local Southall Facebook page, captioning 'you only had one job'<br>Stunned social media users reacted to the footage, with one posting: '[https://omgomgomg5j4yrr4mjdv3h5c5xfvxtqqs2in7smi65mjps7wvkmqmtqd-onion.com/ OMG OMG onion]!'<br>Another commented: 'Hahaha they did this to me - also to a happy meal they forgot the main bits the chips and chicken nuggets lol'.<br>A third added: 'Wow!'<br>According to , Mr Narang later explained: 'The other half wanted a cheeseburger. She normally asks for a cheeseburger with no onions, no mustard, no pickle and extra cheese. We've been doing that for years.<br>      'She always orders the same with no difficulty. Somehow yesterday they did the same and they took out the patty too.<br>'As soon as she opened the pack surprise surprise we have a cheese sandwich in a burger bun.'  <br>Mr Narang described the trip to replace his burger as a 'waste of time, money and effort', saying he did not receive an apology for the apparent mistake.<br>He added: 'We went back to the Broadway McDonalds. They replaced it but the person was determined we were wrong.<br>'Anyone would be annoyed with this [https://www.search.com/web?q=situation situation]. I have to check my food before I even leave the drive through every time. Because it's like the lottery you never know your chances.<br>'It was a waste of money, time and effort which I shouldn't have had to do if they did their job properly. Also I didn't get anything as an apology for the inconvenience caused. I will be checking even the smallest orders from now on before leaving.'<br>A spokesperson for McDonald's UK told MailOnline: 'We absolutely recognise this mistake and sincerely apologise to the customer in question.
