OpenSym2017/Camera ready deadline extension

From CommunityData
Greetings!

As requested by a few of you, we've been able to extend the camera ready deadline until July 25th.

You should all have received an email from the ACM by now. If you have not done so already, you need to follow the steps in that email. When do you this, you will get a copyright "blurb" that is specific to your paper. You need to include this in the bottom left-hand corner of the first page of your manuscript.

When you are done, please upload the camera-ready copy directly to EasyChair. You should be able to do this by "Updating" your paper and uploading a new version of your PDF.

Three quick points: (1) Please don't upload a copy of your paper until you are ready to have it checked by your AC. (2) Keep in mind that the extension puts additional pressure on the schedule so please make sure that your manuscript is truly camera ready by the deadline. (3) As a quick reminder, camera ready means that no changes will be allowed afterward and you paper must be fully revised, proofread, accurately formatted according to the correct ACM guidelines (i.e., using the ACM SIGCHI template for full papers and the ACM SIGCHI Extended Abstract template for posters. Links are in our previous emails).

We hope that you can use the extra few days and ensure that your manuscripts are polished. Let us know if you have any questions.

Regards,
Mako and Claudia
