=== Standup Meetings === Once project groups are formed and we have covered the Agile approach, you will meet in a standup format at the beginning of each class. In standup, you answer three questions: what did you do since the last standup, what will you do before the next standup, and do you have any blockers? One member will take on the role of Scrum Master, a duty that will rotate among group members. All members will update the Kanban board and the Scrum Master will pursue removing any blockers and send me post-standup notes so that everyone gets credit for the standup. Your performance in standup will be assessed according to the rubric described in [[User:Kaylea/Assessment| the detailed page on assessment]]
