Sneha needs to write a prospectus and complete a dissertation in order to graduate from Northwestern. This page contains the project timeline and current to do list.

Outline of Prospectus

The dissertation will consist of three studies:

Study 1: The TWA study - this is currently a paper submission to CSCW.
Study 2: The Message Walls study - this will use data from wikia wikis that changed user talk pages to message walls, and see if that impacted newcomer retention in any way
Study 3: The Bike Co-op study - this will be a needs assessment of a bike-co-op's onboarding process

Timeline

Fall 2018

Friday, October 5th - share draft of Study 3 for feedback
Friday, October 12th - share draft of introduction/conclusion with Aaron
Monday, October 15th - one week before defense date - work on revisions
Week of 29th/Week of 5th - schedule defense
End of November/before Dec 1st - make revisions and submit final version
