Public Speaking (Summer 2019)/Conference Abstract

When proposing a speech, venues will ask for brief description that can be published beforehand. You will be submitting a statement that details your topic, why this topic is important, what the scope of this talk will be, and what the audience will take away.

Requirements

In no more than 500 words, your conference abstract must:

• have a hook
• have a scope
• have a take away
