This should include a proposed structure, budget, and projections with contributions visible. ;Manager 3 Turn In: Screenshots and links with a narrative describing your performance on this task. The manager is accountable for distribution of work assignments for the task, documented on Jira, such that everyone has the opportunity to earn full credit for the assignment. Steps: # Identify human resources: How many people do you need? How much will you pay them? # Identify working conditions: How will you organize work? Where will work be done? How much will this cost? # Identify other costs: manufacturing, equipment, licensing, training, raw materials # Identify sources of revenue. What kinds of projections can you make about the revenue you will make and when an investment in this unit might turn a profit?
