We'll be meeting from July 23-25 in Chicago / Evanston!

Draft (evolving) agenda[edit]

July 23
- 2-5pm Sailing center hang out time! If you're in town, come by the sailing center and we can rent stuff to sail, windsurf, SUP, kayak, etc.!
- 6-8pm Dinner at the sailing center; larger circle of people we work with at NU are invited.
July 24
- 9am-12pm: Frances Searle Building: present on works-in-progress. Sign up here:
  - Jeremy: 2 very short, early-stage projects. One-pager for NYU workshop and proposal for collective action experiment
  - Sneha/Salt/Nate: Update on progress on message walls study + early results
  - Aaron: Proposal for upgrading the social structures and wiki performance paper
  - Igor: Presentation about a project to identify stages in a community's life cycle.
  - Sayamindu: Discussion on potential NSF proposal
  - Nate: Testing Halfaker's newcomer retention paper
  - Emilia: Participation in CS learning communities
  - Salt: GRFP conversation
  - Charlie: Guild leadership conversation
- 12-1:30pm Lunch!
- 1:30pm-4pm Session on group infrastructure
- 6:30-8:30pm Millenium Park concert! (BYO food + drinks picnic situation)
July 25

  - Co-working time
