We maintain a number of Git repositories to hold code used in our research.

Gitolite Server[edit]

The primary place for code we are actively working on is our Gitolite server. This page provides lots of details about how to get access to and use the server.

A few projects on this server are shared as public projects. They can be found at https://code.communitydata.science/

Harvard Dataverse[edit]

For published projects, we often publish reproduction code and data into the CDSC Dataverse.

Github Repositories[edit]

Many of us also have git repositories which may hold public-facing or private projects.
