One of the goals of this class is a basic skills in analyzing and visualizing network data in R. This semester, we are going to try using VSCode, an IDE which can write R code, and which includes a plugin to do AI-assisted coding. We will be meeting in a computer lab, and I believe that we will be able to install everything you need on Purdue computers. If you would like, you may also want to install R and VSCode on your personal computer so that you can use it in the future when you no longer have access to Purdue resources.
