- ICA 2025 on June 12-16 in Denver, Colorado, USA. The first event is typically a plenary on Thursday evening. The conference sessions will all be on Friday-Monday with a final plenary on Monday although many people leave on Monday evenings. historically.
Travel and Lodging
Presumably, everyone will arrive at and depart from the Denver international airport.
The plan is to look into places to stay around the conference venue (Hyatt Regency Denver and Grand Hyatt Denver, two blocks apart):
Shared Lodging: This would be between 2024-06-12 and 2024-06-16 or 2024-06-15 (depending on if evening flights are possible).
