I'm a design researcher at the Wikimedia Foundation and an affiliate faculty member in the department of Human Centered Design & Engineering. Most of my research involves understanding the sociotechnical mechanisms through which participants in Wikimedia projects coordinate their work across time and space. My goal is to do everything I can to foster fun & meaningful experiences for the millions of humans across the world who read, write, teach, research, remix, and hack Wikipedia.
