=== Communication === The course Canvas site can be found at [https://utexas.instructure.com/courses/1404678 utexas.instructure.com]. I do not heavily use canvas, but I will use it for assignments, video lectures, grades, the syllabus, and I will post weekly class announcements. The best way to reach me is to email me through Canvas. ''You are responsible for ensuring that the primary email address you have recorded with the university is the one you will check for course communications because that is the email address that Canvas uses.'' Each week, I will publish an announcement via Canvas that will summarize our plans for the week, including assigned readings and deliverables and any changes to the [[#course-outline|course schedule]]. This syllabus is published as a wiki page at [https://wiki.communitydata.science/I-320S-Online_Communities_(Fall_2024) communitydata.science], where updates to the schedule will be reflected. '''This online syllabus is the canonical and official version''' to which you and instructors are accountable. I will note any changes in the weekly Canvas announcement and update the online syllabus at least 1 week in advance.
