* Have your old, original .tex named <code>main.tex</code>
* Have your new, revised one named <code>main2.tex</code> in the same directory.
* Also in the same directory (root of the project?), add a new file called <code>latexmkrc</code> with one line: 
<code>$pdflatex = "latexdiff main.tex main2.tex > main-d.tex; pdflatex %O  main-d"</code>
* If you want to see the normal output, comment out this line in <code>latexmkrc</code> with <code>#</code> in front. You can compile either <code>main.tex</code> or <code>main2.tex</code> depending on what you'd like to see if you need a clean version of either.
