Everyone who is not presenting at the symposium has been assigned a workshop slot. If it is a more substantive document that requires more reading time, please share it [https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/1nJBy3w_EJZHyK7pvvyOXm3JITB21uUqC in this Google Drive folder] one week in advance of the retreat. If it is something that can be read in the first 5 minutes of your session, you can bring it ad hoc. * We are planning for 2 breakout sessions for small group workshop/feedback to facilitate more interaction and discussion. Each session will have 3 groups, with 2 people sharing stuff per session. * Each session the breakout groups will be different * The sessions will be one hour, so each person will have about 30 minutes of feedback, with 5 minutes between sessions. * We recommend having a dedicated time-keeper (maybe the faculty member) in each breakout session. === Unconference Ideas === * Group plans for post-Kibo resources (Matt)
