=== Ellie Ross (University of Washington) === [[File:Elliew-butterfly.JPG|thumb|200px|Ellie at Turtle Bay.]] A second year PhD student in the Communication Department at University of Washington. Has been formerly interested in cultural evolution in the digital age and have done work in the predictive validity of the GRE for PhD students entering the Communication discipline. Is currently researching hierarchical structures of peer production communities using a knowledge production lens. Before entering grad school she spent my free time with friends, playing video games and watching old tv shows. Now, she spend most of her free time reading books for fun and to fill knowledge gaps. On the weekends, you can find her trying new restaurants and exploring new places. </div>
